The Professional Territory Manager Position is a leadership sales position with stable sales performance and great increase potential. The Barenbrug Product Portfolio and Marketing is very applicable to the region with high visibility and product development support. Customer base is made up of long time sustained business partnerships and newly developing customer relationship opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for the Territory Manager include;
    • Managing distributors and working with customer sales reps
    • Working closely with University personnel and industry agents
    • Increasing Barenbrug brand awareness with the producers of the market
    • Providing agronomic support for distributor reps, dealers, and producers
    • Increase sales of Barenbrug products in the West
    • Develop and manage the Territory sales, accounts receivable and sales expenditures
    • Establish, implement and monitor growth sales plan for territory
    • Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers
    • Create orders and coordinating product availability
    • Analyze customer needs and market trends
    • Work with Barenbrug staff to develop new products
    • Participate in industry related activities
    • Stay abreast of Forage Grass research at University level
    • Develop, execute and support brand building programs

 

Qualifications

  • Passion to excel with a positive attitude
  • S College degree with industry experience preferred
  • Background in the forage/beef/dairy industry
  • Read, speak and understand English
  • Experience with the Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint
  • Consultation, presentation, and written communication skills
  •

Compensation will be based on experience and includes a full benefit package.
