Best for Warm-Season Climates

Monaco | Yellow Jacket^® performs best in warm-season climates where Bermudagrass thrives. Plant when soil temperatures reach 65°F or higher and choose areas that receive full sunlight.

The Yellow Jacket^® coating helps speed establishment by improving moisture availability around each seed, resulting in faster germination and stronger early growth.

Easy Establishment

For best results:

• Seed at 2 to 3 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft.
• Plant in full sun when soil temperatures reach 65°F or higher
• Cover seed with no more than ¼ inch of soil
• Maintain frequent, light irrigation during establishment

During grow-in, apply approximately 0.5 lb. of nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft. every two weeks, beginning two weeks after emergence. After 60 to 90 days, transition to 0.75 to 1.5 lbs. of nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft. per month, adjusting fertility based on management intensity. Reduce nitrogen and increase potassium as the turf enters dormancy in the fall.
