NEWS: Barenbrug USA Announces Chad Dinkins as Turf Territory Sales Manager for the West

We are pleased to announce that Chad Dinkins has joined the team as Turf Territory Sales Manager for the West region. Based in Spokane, Washington, Chad brings more than 14 years of experience in agricultural sales, territory development, and agronomic consulting. His background spans seed sales, precision agriculture, and distributor relationship management, with a track record of driving market expansion and delivering measurable value to customers.

Chad began his sales career in 2004 in the media and marketing industry before transitioning into agriculture with Ag Tech Services, where he sold Trimble precision ag technologies and helped growers put data to work in their operations. From there, he moved into input sales with several companies, gaining broad experience across seed, fertility, and crop protection before founding H.A. Ag Solutions, his own agronomic consulting business built around precision agronomy and data management. Through that venture, he has advised on more than 100,000 acres, working closely with growers to improve profitability through data-driven agronomic recommendations.

Before founding his own company, Chad grew seed territories at Olberding Seed and CHS/Connell Grain Growers, expanding acreage significantly at each stop through strong dealer and grower relationships, field demonstrations, and hands-on agronomic support.

Chad is a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served as an Aviation Ordnanceman Third Class and earned the Navy Achievement Medal. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Marketing from Colorado Technical University.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys watching sporting events and playing golf.
