Barenbrug USA is pleased to announce that Brad Finn, CSFM, has joined the team as Turf Territory Sales Manager for the South region. Based in Houston, Texas, Brad brings more than a decade of hands-on turfgrass management experience at the highest levels of collegiate and professional athletics, giving him a deep, field-tested understanding of what turf professionals need to succeed.

Most recently, Brad served as Assistant Athletic Director of Grounds, Facilities & Events at the University of Houston, where he directed all athletic grounds and facilities operations, managed multi-million dollar budgets and vendor relationships, and led agronomy programs for natural grass athletic and intramural fields. He also worked part-time with the Houston Astros grounds crew, assisting with field preparation and grow light management for MLB home games.

Before Houston, Brad served as Director of Athletic Grounds at Rice University, overseeing outdoor athletic facilities and staff operations. Earlier in his career, he held facilities and grounds roles with the University of Michigan, Boston College, and the New England Patriots and Revolution, where he supported field operations for major events including the CONCACAF Gold Cup and AFC Championship Games.

Brad is a Certified Sports Field Manager through the Sports Field Managers Association and has served in multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Texas Regional President. He earned a Master of Science in Leadership and Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass Management with a minor in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
